Shipping
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification from the courier with your tracking details when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@authorjademay.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping within Australia via Sendle. Please note: Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes.

For international shipping, we offer $25 AUD flat rate shipping. For large orders, please contact us at hello@authorjademay.com to inquire about costs.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We only except returns if your item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@authorjademay.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Sydney, NSW, Australia at your own expense.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping form with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as personalised items, i.e signed paperbacks). You'll have the option at checkout to indicate whether you wish the paperback to be signed or unsigned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
