Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details from Sendle.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders are a flat rate.

Domestic (Australia) orders ship for $15 AUD via Sendle (no PO Boxes). For orders $100 AUD and over, shipping is FREE.

For large wholesale orders, please contact us at hello@authorjademay.com to inquire about costs.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link from Sendle once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

Can I request a signed or personalized book?

All books come hand signed by Jade May! That is one of the benefits of purchasing directly from the author. If you’d like a personal message or for your name to be included, please add it in your order notes before checkout.

Can I swap a book in a book bundle?

Yes! If you already own one of the books in the bundle, you can swap it for another title of your choice. Just let us know which book you’d like in the order notes in your shopping cart.

Where can I find information about Jade’s upcoming events?

All upcoming signings, appearances, and special events are listed on the Events Page. Check back often for the latest updates.

Refunds & Returns

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items. Items must be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

Yes, personalized products (including signed books with your name or with a personalized message) and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact the team below immediately with your order number and photos. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
