Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification from the courier with your tracking details when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@authorjademay.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

We offer free shipping for orders $100 and over within Australia via Sendle. For all orders below $100, shipping is at a flat rate of $15. Please note: Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes.
